2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.bobbens.com (hereafter "the Website"). By placing an order, you accept the conditions set out below.

3. Ordering and Payment

You can browse, add items to your cart, and adjust quantities before placing your order. Once you're ready to purchase, proceed to checkout where you can review your information and select delivery and payment method.

Accepted payment methods:
Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Shop Pay.

For standard products, the amount is charged when the order is dispatched. For custom-made products, payment is charged at the time of order placement.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your order is placed. A binding agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed & shipped. For custom-made products, this occurs at the time of order placement, and you receive an invoice and tracking link.

Bobben’s reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical errors, stock issues, or price irregularities.

Custom-made products

Certain products are made specifically according to the customer’s specifications. For such products, payment is charged at the time the order is placed, as production begins immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 1–2 business days
  • EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of world: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

5. Prices, VAT & Customs

All prices on the Website include Danish VAT (25%).

Non-EU Customers:
If you are located outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's laws. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To exercise this right, please notify us via email and follow the return instructions included in your parcel. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notice.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition, including tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return. If you use our return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer’s specifications or with a clear personalisation.

7. Returns and Complaints

We offer a full refund for returned items that comply with our return policy.

If you receive a wrong, missing, or damaged item, please contact us at hello@bobbens.com as soon as possible. You are entitled to file a complaint within 24 months under Danish law (Købeloven), for defects present at the time of delivery.

If the complaint is justified, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

8. Gift Wrapping & Gift Cards

Gift Wrapping: Not available at this stage.
Gift Cards:
If sold, gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The card currency must match the purchase currency. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or promotions. Remaining balances stay on the card.

9. Security & Privacy

Your personal data is processed securely via SSL encryption. We never share your information with third parties.

Information you provide when signing up for our newsletter or creating an account is used only for order processing and Bobben’s marketing activities. See our Privacy Policy for more.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including designs, images, text, and product visuals – belongs to Bobben’s and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Use of Website

By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with applicable laws and not to use the site or its content for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from this Website without prior written permission from Bobben’s.

Any misuse of the Website, including attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise its functionality, may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Bobben’s is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or interruptions to internet service.

We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, product descriptions, and availability, even after a purchase is made.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All purchases made via the Website are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Denmark.
