Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We pack and ship fast, so once you’ve hit “order,” it’s already moving. If you need to tweak or cancel, email us right away at hello@bobbens.com. No promises, but if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do what we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
The short answer: pretty much all of them. Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Shop Pay - you’ll see the full list at checkout.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. All payments on bobbens.com are processed securely with SSL encryption.
We only use your information to complete your order and to send relevant updates, unless any other permissions are given in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
I entered the wrong shipping address – what should I do?
Email us at hello@bobbens.com as soon as you spot the mistake. If your order hasn’t left the building, we’ll try to fix it.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Where do you ship to?
Everywhere. Orders go out from our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. If your country isn’t showing at checkout, drop us a line and we’ll try to make it happen.
How long will delivery take?
Roughly:
Denmark: 1–2 business days
EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland: 2–5 business days
Rest of World: 3–7 business days
These are estimates - customs or busy seasons can slow things down.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on where you are. In Denmark:
Parcel shop: DKK 39
Home delivery: DKK 50
Business delivery: DKK 49
Mind you, we offer free shipping in Denmark on orders over DKK 1,000. Everywhere else, rates vary - you’ll see them at checkout.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Use the return portal on our site. Costs are:
Denmark: DKK 40
EU: EUR 15
USA: USD 35
Rest of world: depends - email us first.
You’ll need to drop it off with your local courier (no pickups). Outside the EU, include the commercial invoice we sent with your return label.
My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
Email us at hello@bobbens.com with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you.
Under Danish law, you’re covered for complaints up to 24 months after receiving your order - if the defect was there when it arrived.
Production, Sizes & Product Care
How does your sizing work?
Our sizes run true to size. We prefer to size up so there is room to grow (that’s the look).
We use both age and height, so you don’t have to guess:
2 yrs – 92 (87–92 cm)
3 yrs – 98 (93–98 cm)
4 yrs – 104 (99–104 cm)
5–6 yrs – 110–116 (105–116 cm)
7–8 yrs – 122–128 (117–128 cm)
The number = your kid’s height in cm. Easy.
For our extendable Birthday Pants: true to size - and if in doubt, go smaller rather than bigger, since they grow with the kid as the hem extends 2x2 cm. (Because pants that keep up are better than buying new ones every growth spurt.)
What materials do you use?
Mostly naturals: 100% organic cotton and 100% cashmere. The BD Pants bring in a touch of polyester to intentionally hold the crease so you're kid(s) can look wedding-guest sharp one day and totally grocery-aisle proof the next.
Where are your clothes made?
Europe. More precisely: Turkey. Solid craft, good factories, no mystery.
How should I wash and care for the clothes?
Check the wash label inside (no rocket science). Stick to cold or lukewarm water, use stain remover for the berry-and-chocolate chaos, and air dry when in doubt - heat is the real shrink enemy.

Are your clothes safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Meaning our natural fabrics are soft, breathable, and gentle, often free from harmful chemicals and pesticides.
