Refund policy

You are welcome to return items within 28 days from the day you received your parcel. The return deadline is met if the items are handed over to the courier before the 28-day period has expired.

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Please reuse the original packaging where possible. We do not accept returns where the item has been shipped using only a shoebox, as we cannot resell shoes in damaged packaging.

Returns that are worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted. They will either be returned to the sender or excluded from refund.

Refunds can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

How to Return

If you wish to return (or exchange) product(s), please go to our return portal
A return label will be provided immediately.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

Denmark: DKK 40
EU countries: EUR 15
USA: USD 35
Rest of world: Varies – please contact us

Please note that the return does not include pickup. You are responsible for handing over the parcel to the courier.

Returns outside of Denmark

If you are located outside Denmark, please register in our return portal. We will provide a return label within 2 business days for you to return the item(s).

Please note that the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Claims & Defects

If your item is defective or becomes damaged after the return period, please contact us at hello@bobbens.com. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
